אם אחד מהם לא מתקיים, אפשרות השיתוף פשוט לא תופיע במסך. שווה לבדוק אותם לפני, כדי לא להיתקע באמצע.

עם שותפה, ולא יראה את הכפתור בכלל.
לא רק מקושר אליו. חשבון שנפתח על ידי משתמש פרטי וחובר בדיעבד לא ניתן לשיתוף כמו שהוא. העברה שלו דורשת Transfer, שטיקטוק מגבילה לחלק מהחשבונות ושאי אפשר לבטל. זו הסיבה הנפוצה ביותר שהתהליך נתקע. אם זה המצב אצלכם, כתבו לנו ואנחנו נטפל בזה.
טיקטוק חוסמת בקשות גישה לחשבון שנדחה. אם הסטטוס שלכם הוא In review, Not approved, Suspended, Disabled או Contract has not taken effect, צריך לטפל בזה קודם.

היכנסו ל־Accounts ← Advertiser accounts ובדקו אם החשבון מופיע כשייך ל־Business Center הזה. בחלק מה־Business Centers, במיוחד מסוג Agency, החלק הזה נקרא Assets. אם החשבון מופיע כמקושר או כשייך לשותפה אחרת, כתבו לנו ואנחנו נסגור את זה מהצד שלנו.
גשו ל־business.tiktok.com ופתחו את ה־Business Center שלכם.
בתפריט הצד לחצו על Partners.
לחצו על Add partner.
הדביקו את המספר הזה בדיוק כפי שהוא, בלי רווחים:
אם טיקטוק שואלת האם מדובר ב־media agency partnership, בחרו Yes. התווית הזו נועדה לשיוך הוצאה ולא מעניקה גישה בפני עצמה. הגישה מגיעה משני השלבים הבאים.
לחצו Next ובחרו את החשבון שברצונכם שננהל.
בחרו Admin ולחצו Next ואז Confirm. דבר אחרון: השיתוף נסגר רק אחרי שאנחנו מאשרים את ההזמנה מהצד שלנו. בדרך כלל באותו יום, ואז נחזור אליכם.

A one time setup, about five minutes. Once it's done we can build and run your TikTok campaigns. The account stays yours, and you can revoke access at any time.
This adds Sorbet Agency as a Partner on your Business Center and shares one ad account with us. It's the standard way TikTok is designed to work with agencies.
If any of them isn't, the sharing option simply won't appear on screen. Worth checking first so you don't get stuck halfway.
Sign in at business.tiktok.com. Members with Standard access can't share
assets with a partner and won't see the button at all.
Not merely linked to it. An account opened by an individual and connected afterwards can't be shared as-is. Moving it requires a Transfer, which TikTok restricts to certain accounts and cannot be undone. This is the single most common reason the process stalls. If that is your situation, tell us and we'll take care of it.
TikTok blocks access requests to disapproved accounts. If yours shows In review, Not approved, Suspended, Disabled or Contract has not taken effect, that needs resolving first.
The short version: don't go hunting. Tell us, and we'll check from our side and send you an access request that only needs approving. If you'd rather look yourself:
Open Accounts → Advertiser accounts and check whether your account is listed as owned by this Business Center. Some Business Centers, Agency ones especially, label that section Assets. If it shows as linked or owned by a partner, tell us and we'll handle it from our side.
Go to business.tiktok.com and open your Business Center.
In the left sidebar, click Partners.
Click Add partner.
Paste this number exactly as it is, with no spaces:
If TikTok asks whether this is a media agency partnership, choose Yes. That label is for spend attribution and grants no access on its own. The access comes from the next two steps.
Click Next, then pick the account you want us to manage.
Choose Admin, then click Next and Confirm. One last thing: the share completes only once we accept the invitation on our side. Usually the same day, and we'll confirm back to you.
